Our wine

In preparing our wine list we have tried to select a sufficient range of wines to complement James’s dishes in terms of flavours and aromas.  Our selection includes wines which represent the most important wine producing areas of the world.

We have a Le Verre de Vin wine preservation system installed capable of effectively preserving open bottles of still, sparkling and fortified wines over extended periods.  This enables us to offer over twenty of our wines by the glass, to include champagne, so there is no reason not to enjoy the delight of wine and food in perfect harmony.

We also offer a range of international lagers, bottle conditioned local ales and Devon cider.
