The Strand Dining Club

The Strand Dining Club meets on the last Thurday each monthOn the last Thursday of each month (excluding December and August) we host a special dinner just for members of our Strand Dining Club at which we introduce new dishes prior to their appearance on our à la carte and tasting menus.  Membership of the Club represents a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the Restaurant as we contine to develop our menus and the quality of our food and service. 

In informal discussion following dinner, chef James Duckett and restaurant manager Harry Ross welcome members' comments and suggestions about the dishes and any aspect of the restaurant operations.  We may also suggest wines to accompany the dishes and ask for similar feed back and suggestions regarding their suitability.
 
There is a special price for the dinner of just £20.00 for three courses, reflecting the privileged status of members, and members are entitled to a 10% discount*  on all of their own expenditure in the Restaurant at other times including all special occasions such as wine tasting dinners, Christmas Day lunch, Mothers Day lunch, Valentines Day dinner and New Years Eve dinner.

The annual membership fee is £100 per person covering the cost of five dinners.  Members attending more than five dinners in a year pay for additional dinners on the evenings concerned.
